Once you've selected the reading you're after and have successfully checked out, your reading goes into the queue to be put to the tarot. You will receive your reading (audio file), along with an image of the cards that appeared in the spread(s), within 48 hours. If it's going to take any longer than 48 hours, you will receive an email shortly after your reading is received.

Each reading is clearly marked with a price, along with the minimum number of cards / spreads involved in your reading. All prices are marked in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST - that means the price you see listed next to the reading is the final price you'll pay for that reading.

The difference between the two are the number of cards & spreads involved - see the listing on the Readings page for more details. But you can also direct attention to a specific issue or question in the theme related readings. During normal circumstances, 48 hours is the longest you will have to wait between submitting a reading request and having the reading turn up in your inbox. It accounts for differences in time zones, and also allows for the readings ahead of yours in the queue to be completed first.

No. Quite simply because a computer can't "read" a tarot spread or interpret a chakra card in the context of the other cards involved. Each reading is done personally, by an experienced and human tarot reader. The only time computers are involved are when the results of your reading is being recorded for you to listen to, and of course arranging for the reading to take place.
